All bath bombs are made to order. Regular consumer orders will ship in 1-5 business days. Larger orders will require more time.

All Bath bombs come shrink wrapped, bubble wrapped and boxed with peanuts or shredding to ensure the most protection while shipping. Breakage can still occur. Please reach out if you have any issues with how your order arrived.

Please inspect your package within 24 hours of receiving and report a claim with fizzsoakery@gmail.com. Claims received after 24 hours of receiving a package may be rejected. Claims will be resolved either with a replaced item, or refunded. Pictures must be provided for broken items.

We offer many couriers for shipping which can be seen at checkout. Purolator, FedEx and UPS. We do not mark up our shipping. The rate you see is what our carrier charges us. We want to save you as much as possible on shipping. Remember shipping is always free over $100 in CANADA and the USA

Yes! Be sure to choose local pickup when checking out. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup location is 26 Warnock Street in Cambridge ON

We hand make all our bath bombs, candles, lotions and bubble gel from scratch in Cambridge Ontario. We also make our mugs, t-shirts and more!!

We use naturally derived ingredients in our bath products. Specifically in our bath bombs, ingredients include Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda) Citric acid, Kaolin Clay, Cream of Tatar, Polysorbate 80, Cocoa Betaine, Water, Paraben free Fragrance oils and Mica.

Please note bath bombs also will include some dyes such as Blue 1, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Red 40.
